When will I receive free exhibitor passes?

Exhibitor passes to STUVA Expo are free of charge and are not limited in number.
Please mention all staff being present at your stand.

The exhibitor passes will NOT be sent to you automatically.

When set-up begins, we will have the exhibitor passes you ordered ready for collection on site at the exhibition management office.

Additional orders can also be placed on site.

Please keep in mind that your exhibitor pass does NOT entitle you to use public transport free of charge.

Where can I order exhibitor passes?

You can order exhibitors' passes quite simply via our online service centre which will be available to our exhibitors in August 2027

Do I need an admission pass for Messe München during set-up and dismantling?

No, you can access Messe München without a pass during set-up and dismantling.

May I take photographs at Messe München?

The following is prohibited on the entire exhibition grounds, unless permission has been granted by Messe München and the organiser: Commercial photography, film, video, sound and television recordings and drawings, in particular of exhibition stands and exhibits. Photo permission may be obtained for photographs of a specific exhibition stand.

How can I register as an exhibitor for STUVA EXPO?

May visitors bring their dogs to events?

Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed on the exhibition grounds. There is not enough space for dogs to run around and there is not enough green space, so in the interest of your dog, please do not bring it to the fair. Exceptions are guide dogs for people with disabilities, guide dogs for the blind and service dogs with appropriate proof.

Can exhibitors participate in the STUVA Conference?

Our Exhibitors are entitled to one complimentary ticket to attend the STUVA Conference. The ticket is issued to your company and transferable. The ticket will also be ready for collection on site at the fair management office.
