At STUVA-Expo 2021 Experts meet with Experts
For more than 50 years, the STUVA Conference and with it the STUVA Expo have been one of the most important forums for the entire field of underground construction. Thanks to the well advanced vaccination campaign, the family reunion of the tunnel industry, the STUVA-Expo and the STUVA-Conference, will take place as a presence event in the usual way on 24 and 25 November 2021 in Karlsruhe.
More than 200 renowned exhibitors from Germany and abroad, around 1,900 conference participants and over 900 registered trade visitors value the trade fair as a professional marketing platform. Only here are products and services from the areas of "machines and equipment", "materials and accessories", "planning and consulting" and "execution" in the field of underground construction presented. The STUVA-Expo and the STUVA-Conference are one of the world's leading and largest events in the tunnel construction sector. Attendance at the STUVA-Expo is free of charge after prior trade visitor registration. Participation in the STUVA Conference is subject to a fee.

STUVA Expo 2021 with 2G-reguation: only vaccinated and recovered people admitted"
On 2021-10-15, a new Executive Order concerning the Corona pandemic (CoronaVO) came into force for the state of Baden-Württemberg. In the so-called "basic level", this includes the possibility of not wearing masks indoors if the group of participants is restricted exclusively to immunised persons.
After intensive consultations, the STUVA Board decided to make use of this. This means: Only vaccinated and recovered persons may participate in the STUVA Conference 2021 from 24 to 26 November as well as STUVA-Expo 24. und 25. November in Karlsruhe (in German “2G rule”, geimpft=vaccinated, genesen=recovered). This also applies in the "warning" and "alert" levels, whereby the wearing of a medical mask will again be necessary in these levels. This rule applies to all parts of the event (conference, festive evening, expo and excursions).
We regret that some people will not be allowed to attend the conference due to this regulation. However, we ask them for their understanding, as this will make things much easier for the approximately 4,000 people expected on site (including stand staff and Expo visitors).
Proof of immunisation will be checked on site before entering the exhibition building!
What does this mean for you?
You can only participate in the STUVA Conference and STUVA Expo 2021 if you have been vaccinated against the Corona virus or have recovered from an infection with the Corona virus and can provide valid proof of this (in accordance with § 4 of the current CoronaVO of Baden-Württemberg; Permissible exceptions are regulated by § 5 of the CoronaVO). Please have your valid digital vaccination certificate ready when entering the building! You will be turned away if you cannot provide proof of your immunisation. A negative Corona test (also PCR test) does not entitle you to enter the event.
Please note that changes to the measures to be observed are possible at any time, especially if the limits for the basic level are exceeded. We will then inform you about this.
