Exhibitors and co-exhibitors have the option to use the individual exhibitor portal and place all orders in preparation of STUVA Expo online e.g. technical services, marketing services etc.

Our Online Service Centre offers:

  • general and specific exhibition information (forms for approvals, build up and dismantling, delivery address, parking information etc.)
  • additional services which you can order
  • shopping cart to collect your services
  • booking option for your shopping cart
  • your booking summary
  • deadlines

Your personal login data is sent to you automatically after your admission so that you are entitled to enter the Online Service Centre at any time.

Frequently asked questions about the Online Service Centre

Is it possible to cancel an article ordered through the OSC?

Yes, by going to your shopping basket, and reset the article you wish to cancel to 0.

Please note, if you have already firmly ordered an article, the cancellation can only be executed by the exhibition management.

Why can’t I execute any more orders in the Online Service Centre

The deadline for the Online Service Centre orders may have expired so the online ordering option has been discontinued. Of course we still want you to be able to order services for STUVA Expo online. Send an email request to info@stuva-expo.de. We will be pleased to check your case and get back to you.
